Purpose:
This machine is used for heat-sealing and heat-cutting high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE) tubular plain and color-printed plastic films to produce bags. It is the most ideal equipment for producing vest bags (vest bags).
We produce printed and plain-colored vest bags using PLC control and dual servo (stepper) motors for fixed length control. The entire process, from feeding, sealing, bag cutting, punching, to conveying, is completed in one go by an automated integrated machine. It is easy to operate and offers high economic benefits.
Performance and Features
1. The sealing and cutting knife is designed reasonably, and it is convenient to clean and replace the adhesive tape.
2. Imported photoelectric tracking ensures accuracy and stability, with automatic shutdown in case of target loss.
3. The entire machine is controlled by a microcomputer, with a stepper motor driving the material and automatic counting. The number of stacked sheets can be set arbitrarily, and the machine will automatically discharge the entire stack without stopping once the set number is reached.

4. Adopt a material-blocking photoelectric sensor to automatically shut down the machine in case of material blocking or no material output.
